High School Site Servicing

• Recommendation:

  That Council approve a capital budget adjustment to advance $3.5M within the 10-year capital plan from 2029 into the approved 2026 capital budget to be financed by a debenture and that the annual debenture payments will be included in the operating budget starting in 2027.

• Recommendation:

  That Council authorize the City Manager to issue a letter to the St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Separate School Division confirming the City’s commitment to delivering a shovel-ready high school site at Lede Park in 2026.

Leduc Police and Crisis Team - Service Level Adjustment

• Recommendation:

  That Council directs Administration to provide a funded Service Level Adjustment option in the 2026 Proposed Budget for the continuation of the Leduc Police and Crisis Team (LPACT) psychologist team member.

Family Resource Network Future Funding

  ​​That Council directs Administration to include one-time allocation of $301,529 from the operating reserve in the 2026 budget for the Family Resource Network (FRN), to ensure the continuation of services from April 1 to December 31, 2026, should provincial funding not be renewed beyond March 31, 2026.​

  That Council amends Policy No. 11.00:30 - Council Remuneration and Expenses by replacing it in its entirety with the updated version of the policy provided as an attachment to the August 18, 2025, report entitled “Council Remuneration and Business Expenses Policy No. 11.00:30 Update”.
