  That Council directs Administration to bring forward a road closure bylaw for 44th street for consideration.

• Recommendation:

  That Council directs Administration to bring back the upgrade of 48^th Avenue (from Lede Park Road to 44^th Street) during the 2024 budget for consideration, if the 44th street road closure bylaw is approved.
